振动疲劳

每年,更多的电子元件被集成到车辆中,作为推动燃油效率的一种措施。这一效率很大程度上是通过减重来获得的。为此,某些电子元件会被安装到车辆零件中,受到较高的热应力和振动应力。Alpha 的研发科学家开发出了能够让电子元件在无法使用普通焊料的操作温度下可靠运行的焊料合金。这一设计具有更高的设计自由度,并能将电子元件集成到需求点上,大大促进了车辆减重目标的实现。
