电气可靠性

在要求严苛的环境中使用表面贴装电子元件可增加焊点电气可靠性的重要性。焊接不同材料会导致热膨胀不一致,从而也会威胁到焊点可靠性。为了应对这些情况,Alpha 的焊料具有可阻止氧化的非腐蚀性,以及防止累积疲劳损伤的颗粒结构稳定性。
